Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "User") and 88fd11 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing all access to and use of the services available at https://88fd11.app, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, crash games, live dealer tables, promotional offers, and customer support channels.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise interacting with any part of the 88fd11 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, conditions, or policies published for individual games, promotions, or payment methods on the platform — in the event of a conflict, the more specific rule governs, except where these Terms expressly state otherwise.

88fd11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via an in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms — in whole or in any part — you must immediately cease using the 88fd11 platform, close your account if one has been registered, and refrain from accessing any services offered at https://88fd11.app. Continued access after disagreement is a violation of this agreement.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use an 88fd11 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies regardless of the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. If you are subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from entering into contracts, you are not eligible to use 88fd11.
• Single Account: You must not already hold a registered account on 88fd11. Each individual may hold only one account. Registering multiple accounts to circumvent limits, claim duplicate bonuses, or for any other purpose is strictly prohibited.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, either one you placed voluntarily through your 88fd11 account settings or one imposed by 88fd11 as a result of a responsible gaming review.
• Accurate Information: All information you provide during registration — including your name, date of birth, contact details, and payment information — must be accurate, current, and complete. False declarations are grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Not a Platform Employee: You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of 88fd11 or any of its technology, payment, or gaming supplier partners. Such persons are prohibited from holding player accounts.

88fd11 conducts age verification checks at the withdrawal stage using Bangladesh National ID Card (NID) data. Any account where the verified age is found to be below 18 will be closed immediately, all pending transactions will be cancelled, and any balance held will be returned to the original deposit payment source minus processing fees where applicable. 88fd11 will not pay winnings to any player who was underage at the time the winnings were generated.

If you become aware that a minor is using your account or has gained access to your account credentials, you must notify 88fd11 support at [email protected] immediately. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and preventing access by any unauthorised person, including minors in your household.

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of services on 88fd11 — including placing bets, depositing funds, claiming bonuses, and requesting withdrawals — you must register a player account. Account registration is free of charge. The registration process requires you to provide a valid mobile number or email address, create a secure password, and confirm your agreement to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 88fd11 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, phone, or any other communication channel. If you receive any communication purporting to be from 88fd11 that requests your password or full payment details, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it immediately to [email protected].

• Password Security: Your password must be at least 8 characters long and contain a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and special characters. Do not reuse passwords from other services.
• Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): 88fd11 strongly recommends enabling 2FA on your account. When enabled, a one-time code is sent to your registered mobile number each time you log in from an unrecognised device or location.
• Account Sharing: Your account is strictly personal. You must not allow any other person to access or use your 88fd11 account, whether temporarily or permanently. All bets, deposits, and withdrawals must be made by the registered account holder only.
• Suspicious Activity: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 88fd11 support immediately. You should also change your password without delay. 88fd11 will investigate reports of unauthorised access promptly and in good faith.
• KYC Verification: 88fd11 is required to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals. You will be asked to provide a copy of your Bangladesh National ID Card (NID) and, in some cases, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide adequate KYC documentation will result in withdrawal requests being held pending verification.
• Contact Information Updates: It is your responsibility to keep your registered contact details — including your mobile number and email address — current and accurate. 88fd11 is not liable for failed communications resulting from outdated contact information on your account.

Deposits & Withdrawals

88fd11 supports a range of payment methods commonly used by players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), and major bank cards including Visa and Mastercard. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your 88fd11 wallet balance instantly under normal operating conditions. USDT deposits are credited following a single blockchain confirmation, which typically takes under five minutes.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (or equivalent in supported currencies). There is no maximum single deposit amount, though 88fd11 reserves the right to apply transaction monitoring to large deposits as part of its fraud prevention and anti-money laundering obligations. All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.

• Deposit Currency: All BDT deposits are held in your 88fd11 BDT wallet. USDT deposits are held in your USDT wallet. Conversion between wallets is available at prevailing exchange rates published on the platform at the time of conversion.
• Failed Deposits: If a deposit transaction is initiated but does not credit to your 88fd11 wallet within 30 minutes, contact live support with the transaction reference number. Do not initiate a second deposit for the same amount until the first has been investigated and resolved.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: To be eligible to withdraw, your account must have completed KYC verification. All active bonus wagering requirements must be met or the bonus forfeited before a withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: bKash and Nagad withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–4 hours during BST business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. USDT withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours subject to blockchain network conditions.

• Third-Party Payments: 88fd11 strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment accounts. Any withdrawal requested to a payment account not matching the registered account holder's identity will be declined and the account flagged for review.
• Anti-Money Laundering: 88fd11 is committed to preventing money laundering and fraud. Unusual transaction patterns — including rapid deposit-withdrawal cycles without meaningful gameplay — may trigger a compliance review. During a review, withdrawal processing may be delayed until the review is completed.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

88fd11 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses awarded on 88fd11 are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the promotion) must be staked on eligible games before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in that promotion's terms before the bonus is claimed.

• Bonus Eligibility: Welcome bonuses are available to new players only — one per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Players who create multiple accounts to claim duplicate welcome bonuses will have all accounts closed and all balances forfeited.
• Wagering Requirements: Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion's terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements result in forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance and any winnings derived from it.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each stake towards wagering. Live casino table games, sports bets, and crash games may contribute at a reduced rate or be excluded entirely from wagering. Contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum Bet with Active Bonus: While a bonus is active on your account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per market is ৳1,000 (or equivalent) unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bets placed above this limit while a bonus is active may be voided.
• Withdrawal with Active Bonus: Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active will result in the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings being forfeited. The cash balance (deposit portion only) will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard verification procedures.
• Abuse of Promotions: 88fd11 reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus awards if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit promotional terms, use of automated software, or collusion between players. Such cases may also result in account closure.
• Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions: 88fd11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will not apply retroactively to bonuses already credited to player accounts unless the bonus was awarded in error or as a result of a system malfunction.

Betting & Game Rules

All bets placed on 88fd11 — whether on casino games, sports markets, or crash games — are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for checking all bet details, including stake amount, selected market or game, and any applicable odds, before confirming a wager. 88fd11 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed bets except in the specific circumstances described below.

Sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports, are governed by the individual market rules published on the sports betting section of the platform. In the event of a dispute about the outcome of a sporting event, the result as determined by the relevant official governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football) is final and binding.

• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and game types. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by market, event, and player account tier.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void where the underlying event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled without a result being determined; where a market is suspended due to a technical error; or where odds were manifestly displayed incorrectly due to a pricing error. Void bets are refunded to the player's account balance in full.
• Live In-Play Betting: In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension at any time at 88fd11's discretion — for example, at key moments in a match such as a wicket falling, a penalty being awarded, or a time-out being called. Bets placed immediately before a suspension may be accepted or voided at the platform's discretion depending on the circumstances.
• RNG Casino Games: The outcome of all RNG-based casino games (slots, virtual table games, crash games) is determined solely by the certified Random Number Generator integrated into each game by its provider. 88fd11 does not influence, alter, or have visibility over individual game outcomes. RTP rates are published for all slots.
• Live Casino: Live dealer games are governed by both these Terms and the individual game rules provided by the live dealer game studio (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play Live). In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, the hand or round in progress will be resolved according to the game studio's disconnection policy, a copy of which is available from support on request.

• System Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting game results or bet settlement, 88fd11 reserves the right to declare affected bets void and refund stakes. Winnings generated as a direct result of a malfunction are not payable.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 88fd11 platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of all balances, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with 88fd11, including false identity, false age, or false payment information.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one 88fd11 account, whether under your own identity or a false identity, for any purpose including but not limited to claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing deposit or betting limits.
• Bonus Abuse: Any systematic or coordinated effort to exploit promotional terms, including but not limited to pattern betting designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, collusion with other players, or use of a scripted or automated strategy specifically targeted at bonus extraction.
• Automated Play: Use of bots, automated scripts, AI-assisted betting tools, or any software designed to interact with the 88fd11 platform without direct human operation for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players, whether in the same household or externally, to share information or align strategies in live dealer or multiplayer games in a manner designed to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or mobile money provider for a deposit that was legitimately processed and used for gameplay on 88fd11. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in account closure, recovery proceedings, and may be reported to relevant financial institutions.
• Money Laundering: Using the 88fd11 platform to launder the proceeds of criminal activity, including depositing funds of illicit origin, cycling funds through the platform to obscure their source, or withdrawing more than was deposited without genuine gameplay.
• Platform Interference: Any attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise disrupt the normal operation of the 88fd11 platform, its servers, its payment integrations, or its game systems.

Account Suspension & Closure

88fd11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: confirmed or suspected breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe; account inactivity; player-initiated self-exclusion; or as required by any applicable compliance or legal obligation.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 88fd11 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including any pending withdrawal amounts, where the balance is found to be connected to the prohibited conduct. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct — for example, as part of a business decision to exit a particular market — the full account balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

• Voluntary Account Closure: You may request to close your 88fd11 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be paid out to your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• Self-Exclusion Closure: Accounts closed via the self-exclusion tool in your account settings are treated as responsible gaming closures. The account cannot be reopened for the duration of the chosen exclusion period. Any balance at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to the player after the exclusion period has elapsed and identity verification is confirmed.
• Dormant Account Policy: An account that has not been logged into for 12 or more consecutive months is classified as dormant. Dormant accounts are subject to a monthly administrative fee of ৳100 (or BDT equivalent), deducted from the account balance, until the balance is zero or the account is reactivated by a successful login.
• Appeals Process: If you believe your account has been suspended or closed in error, you may submit a written appeal to [email protected] within 30 days of receiving notice of the suspension or closure. Include your account username, registered mobile number or email address, and a description of why you believe the decision was made in error. 88fd11 will respond to all appeals within 10 business days.
• Effect of Closure on Active Bets: Any bets that are open and pending at the time of account closure will be settled according to their normal rules. Winnings from such bets, if applicable, will be included in any balance return processed as part of the closure.
